Hey guys! Greetings from Brazil!

So, for a week now I can't update or sync the packer.

On the page there is a guideline for a similar case indicating to do a rebase=true in the plugin directory... but that didn't solve my problem.

Can anyone who has gone through this help me understand what I'm missing?
