러스트 문서화 팀을 이끌고 있으며, 러스트의 핵심 개발자 중 한 명이다. 콘퍼런스의 발표자로 다양한 오픈 소스에 기여하고 있으며, 그전에는 ‘루비(Ruby)’와 ‘루비 온 레일즈(Ruby on Rails)’ 관련 프로젝트에 참여했다. 지금은 모질라(Mozilla)에 근무하고 있다.
