Meanwhile, a New York court's decision on Trump's criminal conviction is delayed yet again, with the judge postponing any decisions until at least 19 November
The New York judge is to decide if Trump's conviction in the "hush money" case should be upheld and proceed to sentencing, or throw it out on the grounds of the US Supreme Court's decision earlier this year granting broad presidential immunity
